• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Only damaged or defective items are eligible

📸 Proof Required:

Customers must provide an unboxing video or clear photos for verification.

💸 Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval

• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI

• Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method
